Centella asiatica is a type of tropical weed that is commonly found in Asia, Australia, and Africa. It is a creeping herbaceous plant that grows easily in moist or wet soil, with stolon spreading along the ground. The leaves are simple, kidney-shaped, alternately arranged, and typically measure 2–5 cm in width and length.
